Why does this headline frighten us?  Remember Terrance Roberts, executive director of Prodigal Son?  He’s been charged with the attempted murder of a known active gang member.   Prodigal Son was instrumental in reducing gang violence in the Park Hill neighborhood.  This is what happens when there’s no one there to stop the escalating violence.
